Is it possible to have a version that depends on the stable/keyworded packages?

it's possible I suppose.  I'll look into it for train (which I'm working on now).

Also, I only updated what NEEDED to be updated, so we are not fully matching upper-constraints right now, but lower-constraints per project should still be fine (they are supposed to test things...
