According to Repology, the current upstream release is 2.9.0.0.  Please bump.

I've had a PR open for these bumps since the day after these bugs were filed:

https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/13183

Since the commits you pushed ignore my authorship and the other fixes I made for https://bugs.gentoo.org/688458, I'm assuming you didn't even see them.

If neither you nor anyone else from proxy-maint is going to look at GitHub PRs, please tell me how/where I'm supposed to proxy-maintain these packages.
