The current upstream release is 2.29.0. Please bump.
I tried to prepare a bump for 2.29.2 but as it contains bundled sci-libs/htslib-1.9 I am not going to pursue this myself. Most of the https://dev.gentoo.org/~mgorny/dist/${PN}-2.26.0-fix-buildsystem.patch.bz won't apply as the Makefile's changed, maybe only the EPYTHON change will be needed for current version.
