Rawtherapee 5.7 has been released last week, I've tested the ebuild for 5.6 to install the new 5.7 version and everything worked as expected. Also upstream changelog suggest that no modifications are needed to the ebuild. If needed I can create a pull request

The only change was requiring CMake >=3.5 https://github.com/Beep6581/RawTherapee/blob/5.7/RELEASE_NOTES.txt#L32 which isn't an issue for Gentoo/Sabayon. Looking forward to Gentoo/Sabayon users getting 5.7 ;)
