Furthermore, the University disclaims all responsibility for the use which is made of ARIADNE. === To be honest, this reads like a warranty disclaimer without any actual license grant. If there's no other license, I'd say all-rights-reserved is implied. That said, upstream seems to be gone, so if we restrict it, it can't be installed anymore. Not sure if it's actually useful for anyone though, it looks ancient.
