bootstrap - !!internal use only!! DO NOT SET THIS FLAG YOURSELF!, used during original system bootstrapping [make stage2] However, it seems that it's supposed to be used by the user to bootstrap gnat-gpl. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to reuse a flag with different meaning but since old use of USE=bootstrap seems no longer relevant today that's not a big deal. However, please add a correct local description to metadata.xml.
