The HOMEPAGE (https://pwr.github.com/Solaar/) for app-misc/solaar is unavailable (404 or otherwise unreachable). This bug was opened by a partially-automated tool being developed to check for lint in Gentoo packages. This issue may seem trivial but it can affect user experience and may indicate a more significant problem with a package, like upstream development that has ceased.
Soolar changed homapage to https://pwr-solaar.github.com/Solaar/ and released versions 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 on July 26th.
