Here [1], the FSF lists "WxWindows Library License" as GPL-compatible, as indicated by the green vertical line on the left. Following the links there [2,3], leads to the text of version 3.1. Therefore, I think wxWinLL-3.1 should be moved from MISC-FREE to GPL-COMPATIBLE.
