New part of KDE Applications 19.08 so will be required keyworded not to break meta packages.
Build tested on the packet.net box FEATURES=test USE=X emerge -1av kde-apps/yakuake FEATURES=test USE="X absolute-position" emerge -1av kde-apps/yakuake both build. I don't think there are any tests. repoman is happy with ekeyword ~arm64 yakuake-3.0.5-r1.ebuild Commit it and blame me in the commit message.
