Reproducible: Always This new version of bgpq3 also fixes an issue which causes incompatibility with IRRd v4 when looking up 32-bit ASNs from the whois-server using the ASDOT format, and we are running into that issue now that the rr.ntt.net whois-server has been updated from IRRd v3 to IRRd v4: https://github.com/snar/bgpq3/issues/45
