sci-visualization/paraview unreasonably pulls the broken sci-libs/xdmf2 package, which could not be built due to bug #661860

All current ebuilds for sci-visualization/paraview should not depend on sci-libs/xdmf2, since they use the bundled xdmf2 package:
VTK_USE_SYSTEM_XDMF2=OFF in src_compile
