libvpx fails to compile on ppc64 without this upstream commit: https://chromium.googlesource.com/webm/libvpx/+/7bf48f92e884fc01c28a4652ea0883b28744519d Including the patch in /etc/portage/patches/media-libs/libvpx fixes the issue.
