It seems that once cpp herd was disbanded, this package was left with a single proxied maintainer without an explicit proxy. @Dessa, please let us know if you're still interested in maintaining this. If yes, then please either submit addition of proxy-maint team, or find somebody as your proxy.
almost forgot about this, had hoped for a ice release to pair that with but that didn't happen. i'll probably go with adding proxy-maint since the only one i know reviewing my initial changes was Soap outside of proxy-maint (or maybe he is part of it anyway?) so i think its the safest bet to add proxy-maint. will do that this week (not today)
