Referring to https://bugs.gentoo.org/644362#c9 I'd like to request a re-adding of this package. After searching, I didn't find a new bug as requested in above comment. Newer sources compile against Qt5, I have a working ebuild in my overlay for some time. This package is needed to get freecad-0.18 running. The package provides an interface to connect Coin3D and Qt. I can try to provide an ebuild for the package and can also proxy maintain it, in case the maintainer of coin, who also maintained this package before doesn't want to do it.
