The ebuild says LICENSE="GPL-2 SIFT" but AFAICS any code under the SIFT license was dropped in 2005, with version 0.5.

Debian has done some classification: https://metadata.ftp-master.debian.org/changelogs//main/h/hugin/hugin_2018.0.0+dfsg-3_copyright

For us that translates to:
LICENSE="GPL-2+ BSD BSD-2 MIT wxWinLL-3 ZLIB FDL-1.2"
This would apply to all versions in the tree, i.e. 2018.0.0, 2019.0.0, and 9999.
