isl-0.21 bumped the SONAME from 19 to 21, but the preserve_old_lib() calls introduced as a fix to #650164 haven't been updated in the ebuild. This is quite critical, as upgrading dev-libs/isl from 0.19 or 0.20 to 0.21 effectively kills gcc.
