Requesting version bump for Plex Media Server to v1.15.2. 1. In addition to changing the MINOR_VERSION variable to "793-782228f99", the URI and SRC_URI variables need changing because the file's new location of: https://downloads.plex.tv/plex-media-server-new/1.15.2.793-782228f99/debian/plexmediaserver_1.15.2.793-782228f99_amd64.deb 2. The current virtualenv_start_pms.patch files to patch the new start_pms file from v1.15.2.

Got tired of waiting for this to be merged into the gentoo tree and merged it in onto my machine. Working without issue on 17.0/no-multilib/hardened amd64 (mostly) stable. I haven't gotten the preserved-libs warning for a while, and I do notice that code is in there to abate that for profile 17.1 as well. Bug 646162 can most likely be closed. Also bug 682832 is a duplicate of this one and should be closed.
