Currently there are two new cudnn-7.5.0.56 version for:

*cuda-toolkit-10.0
*cuda-toolkit-10.1

    dev-libs/cudnn: bump 7.5.0.56
    
    nvidia-cuda-toolkit-10.1 moves include and lib into
    targets/x86_64-linux/, so adjust cudnn to install there.
