Version 1.77 of os-prober is available: https://packages.debian.org/source/sid/os-prober
I did a version bump of the ebuild and it seems to work fine. I'm not sure if the Exherbo patch still works, though. I just need to figure out how to properly test the ebuild and get it into the tree now.
