Allacritty 0.2.8 was released with a crippling bug that pretty much broke it on a number of DEs. C.f. https://github.com/jwilm/alacritty/issues/2102

A new point release, 0.2.9, was cut today containing a hotfix:
https://github.com/jwilm/alacritty/releases/tag/v0.2.9

Please bump the ebuild
