Hey, composer-1.8.3 got tagged on 2019-01-30 07:31 UTC, so I am bumping the ebuild. Guillaume.
As this bump does not add change into the ebuild, I am adding the test feature in the ebuild, this should be invisible to most, but help us test package.
Well they removed the test directory from the source, so I will check later but keep this bump simple with no tests. Guillaume
