I don't know why sys-fs/atari-fdisk was added here, not every m68k system is an Atari. Mine isn't! I don't know how you boot Linux on Atari but perhaps you don't even need to use the Atari partition format. More importantly, the package collides with the PC fdisk from sys-apps/util-linux, which isn't in @system but it's pulled in by lots of things. I think atari-fdisk should never be installed as "fdisk" in any case but since I won't be using it, I don't feel strongly about this.
I think it's ok to remove it.
