The newest version of Streamlink upstream is now 1.0.0 as of 01/30/2019. I am still somewhat new, but if the package needs another maintainer or proxy maintainer, I am happy to help in anyway I can. Thank you.
I'm just abroad at FOSDEM at the moment. A week of delay on bumps is normal.

On my travel back I looked over most of it, but realized I need to check some py2 vs py3 stuff. e.g. I think urllib3 isn't necessary with python3, but haven't looked that over yet. Other than that, it should be good to go soon after I finish up a huge set of eclass patches I had promised earlier than this bump.
