rfcutil requires an index to work. If I try to download it (rfc -i), I get something that looks like the rendering of a website. The upstream homepage (http://www.dewn.com/rfc/) is dead since at least a month. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. rfc -i 2. less /var/cache/rfc/rfc-index
