After emerge --update to media-libs/netpbm-10.76.00, /usr/bin/pnmtops is missing.

Masking media-libs/netpbm-10.76.00 and emerging media-libs/netpbm-10.70.00 restores /usr/bin/pnmtops.

Is that with USE=postscript? Because with USE=-postscript I would kind of expect this.

With USE=postscript it neatly installs /usr/bin/pnmtops

That's obviously new (see at end). The questions is why does the postscript useflag default to not set for this package? Which is why 10.70 and 10.76 show different behavior.
