Based on official Github repository (https://github.com/PlayOnLinux/POL-POM-4/releases/) app-emulation/playonlinux (https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/app-emulation/playonlinux) is outdated in gentoo repo. Suggesting to update the Gentoo repo + add 9999.

Note: Version bump fixes the issue with wineapps using POL WINE beeing unable to install.
