I am unable to emerge app-crypt/paperkey-1.5, there seems to be a file check problem:

probably changing the mirror will help

I rather think the proper solution would be to fix the mirror content. And (even more important) to check why the archive size on the official upstream server differs from the one Gentoo expects.
