This library looks like a very bad idea that is unmaintained and only keeps accumulating patches. It has only two revdeps, both coming from the same author: - app-arch/tardy which doesn't seem very useful and has no maintainer, - dev-util/fhist which didn't even get amd64 stable keywords (it's stable on x86, so looks like a serious case of relic) and is maintained by shell-tools.
