Description Luke-Jr 2018-10-15 02:41:38 UTC
This is a regression from 2.0.2-r1. Looks like they just removed it from the configure script. Can't find a SCM repo for libmng, so no idea why.

Same problem here, I'll attach the build log.

I've made an effort to report this to the png-mng-misc mailing list over at sourceforge.

Patched ebuild for libmng-2.0.3

After a session on IRC, we came up with this patch that enables building for ppc64le again.

I guess what we really need is a proper ppc64le arch, the ebuild is marked stable on ppc64le in spite of being broken because its stable on ppc64 and this bug doesn't apply there.
