please test and mark stable: =net-dns/dnssec-root-20170203

Setting to critical because there's a dnssec key rollover next week which will require this update or any dnssec enabled resolver using keys from net-dns/dnssec-root will stop working.

dev-perl/XML-XPath-1.420.0 too, please. 1.130.0-r1 lacks the -q used in the ebuild.

I just tried to install this update but get the following error (the last line gets repeated 4 times):

Cannot open file '-q' at /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.24.3/XML/XPath.pm line 53.

Thanks for the report, I updated requirement and stabilized =dev-perl/XML-XPath-1.420.0 on amd64.

i installed 1.8.0-r1 and followed the steps after install.
When starting unbound i get this:

fatal error: file with root-hints: "/etc/unbound/named.root" does not exist in chrootdir /etc/unbound

do i have to create an empty file?

Your error has nothing to do with this package/bug. Check your configuration, you have set root-hints option on your own. Somewhere between net-dns/unbound-1.5.1-r2 and 1.8.0-r1, upstream switched to chroot setup by default. So you need to adjust your setup accordingly (in this case, move /etc/unbound/named.root to /etc/unbound/etc/named.root or update path in your unbound.conf to match chrootdir).

Please keep this bug focused on =net-dns/dnssec-root-20170203-r1 stabilization.
