https://www.unrealircd.org/docs/UnrealIRCd_3.2.x_deprecated need stabilize 4.0.x and drop 3.2 at all
I bumped 4.0.18 which contains some important fixes and cleanups. Let's stabilise that in 30 days if no issues are reported.
