As a former maintainer I'd like to call the package removal.
why? It seems upstream is still alive
It has no reverse deps, it was used by jenkins-autojobs which requires a lot of new packages to bump. Noone uses this one, so it seems it's unnecessary to keep it up. And jenkins-autojobs got obsoleted (last release in 2016).
