Please do not do that. It's fine to notify people of some developers' annoyance with this "zero day" business, especially when the reporter cites no particular reason why the version bump is imporant. It's not OK to let bugs linger in the b-w queue as well. It's not up to you to decide when to reassign - the version bump in this case could be important and you cannot be the sole judge here.
