Upstream developers added a systemd service file with the following commit: https://github.com/FluidSynth/fluidsynth/commit/57f290be489b34b6a6bed5009ce3bbe3d5681aad Relevant upstream bug report: https://github.com/FluidSynth/fluidsynth/issues/342
For some reason, the systemd support isn't in FluidSynth 2 (2.0.4 is the latest release.) However, it's in Git now, so I suppose it will be in 2.0.5.
