Here a few ideas: * Please test the ebuild with repoman full -x https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Repoman * We always try to use the latest EAPI, please bump to EAPI=7 * please fix the header. (see /usr/portage/skel.ebuild and https://devmanual.gentoo.org/ebuild-writing/eapi/) * fdo-mime is obsolete

unfortunately gentoo portage EAPI=7 is not supported here. I've removed fdo-mime since it is obsolete. thinkpad /usr/local/portage/games-board/pychess # repoman -dx full RepoMan scours the neighborhood...
