aircrack-ng-1.3.tar.gz was changed by upstream after ~net-wireless/aircrack-ng-1.3 was added in Gentoo. Older version of aircrack-ng-1.3.tar.gz is present in Gentoo mirrors. A part of changes is related to Windows / Cygwin. Changes in src/aircrack-ng.c and last hunk in src/aircrack-util/crypto_engine_loader.c should also affect GNU/Linux. I suggest to rename aircrack-ng-1.3-r1.ebuild to aircrack-ng-1.3-r2.ebuild with update of Manifest.
