A quick and dirty ebuild for gdchard-0.11.4 (0.94b was too old). The ebuild doesn't implement USE flags for its dependecies since the program doesn't provide a configure script. USE flags could be theoretically be implemented using sed, or maybe in some other way, but it would be a dirty affair.

I think the makefile will also need some patching so that the library compiles as a shared library... curently it compiles as a static library... I don't know how to do this :(
