Same issue here with kde-apps/libkdcraw + media-gfx/krita
*** Bug 660428 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
Downgrading to: media-libs/libraw-0.18.13:0/16 fixes the build issue. So apparently there is a significant API change with the update to: media-libs/libraw-0.19.0:0/19
kde-apps/libkdcraw-9999::kde fails the same way.

(In reply to Leif Biberg Kristensen from comment #10) > media-libs/libraw-0.19.0 should probably be masked. Here's some interesting > output from portage: That's fine, portage just tells you why it won't let you upgrade libraw since the version was restricted in libkdcraw/krita.
