bluetoothd crashes opening gnomes controls center Bluetooth panel. It will probably crash under other circumstances. There's a patch upstream https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/bluetooth/bluez.git/commit/?id=2c3bba7b38be03834162e34069156f1fd49f0528 , found by user saboya here https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-8215976.html#8215976 Reproducible: Always
bluez-5.49 always segfaults here when I make it discoverable. Syslog shows something like: bluetoothd[5182]: segfault at 8 ip 0000555af1961cf0 sp 00007ffc80e8a8c8 error 4 in bluetoothd[555af18fe000+f7000] I'm guessing this is the same problem. Downgrading to 5.47-r1 makes it work again. I had 5.48-r1 before and that also worked, but now it's not in portage anymore.
