Depends on dead x11-libs/libXfont. Xserver since 1.19 stopped depending on libXfont and started depending on libXfont2. Fedora has some patches to build against newer xserver versions: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/tigervnc According to https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/tigervnc/blob/master/f/tigervnc.spec since F25 it depends on libXfont2.
