I would like to stabilize.

It is OK for me, if you have checked the following as usual:
https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Stable_request#Checklist_for_a_stabilization_request

You may add arches your self as proxied maintainer.
Simply recheck and add arches on demand.

Yes, all checks should be fine IMHO.

Ouch, sorry. Did oversee, that it was using my local portage. Will fill a PR, to remove it, since it was used against an old (removed) mono-basic, which was incompatible. That one is fine.

    This blocker was against an old version of dev-lang/mono-basic.
    The current version works fine and is compatible.
