@Rolf, Sergei: This bug is about stabilising conky-1.10.8 whereas you stabilised conky-1.10.8-r1. conky-1.10.8-r1 only fixes bug 613776 which was committed on the same day you stabilised it. First I think even if it is only a small change we should at least wait the usual 30 days before stabilising it. Second it should be done for all archs not sparc only. I don't know if this was a mistake but if not a little heads up would have been nice. This way we could have organised this properly.
Well, it fixed exactly the bug that stopped me stabilizing 1.10.8...

This bug exists at least since 2017-03-25 and it did not stop you stabilising conky-1.0.6-r6 on 2017-12-28 :-) I have no problem with stabilising 1.10.8-r1 but a little note before doing so would be polite. It is just about communication. I will just go ahead and change the target version to 1.10.8-r1 and readd x86 and amd64 so everyone benefits from the changes it introduces as it is not arch specific.

I agree we should have explicitly called out need for 1.10.8-r1 stabilization on sparc@ and coordinate addition of other arches. My apologies.
