Please, consider a minor correction that need to be done in use.local.desc.

line 7092:

now:
sci-chemistry/vmd:msms - Add support for MSMS SAS calcualtion tool

but need:
sci-chemistry/vmd:msms - Add support for MSMS SES calculation tool
                                              ^^^      ^^

Proof: https://pymolwiki.org/index.php/MSMS
SES is a "...solvent excluded surface...", not SAS.
