As mentioned here: https://trac.pjsip.org/repos/wiki/Getting-Started/Autoconf to properly enable video support in pjproject, one should add PJMEDIA_HAS_VIDEO define in config_site.h. That is never done in 2.7 branch. And many (all) video capabilities remain disabled. For me following code in src_configure() in .ebuild resolves the issue: if [[ ! -z ${VIDEO_FLAGS} ]]; then echo '#define PJMEDIA_HAS_VIDEO 1' >> pjlib/include/pj/config_site.h fi Something similar should be done in the portage.
