Remove all polkit local authority files (*.pkla) from the kde-plasma/powerdevil package added because of bug 529186. 10-org.freedesktop.upower.pkla is completely useless as upower doesn't provide suspend or hibernate anymore, and the consolekit ones are no longer necessary as KDE's support for consolekit2 is good enough now.
Are you using consolekit2 and tested this with the files removed? I'm using elogind so cannot test myself.
