There are two new releases of wavemon which fixes several bugs, including a memory leak from 0.8.0. https://github.com/uoaerg/wavemon/releases It might also be a good idea to stabilise the version 0.8.x which is already more than two years old. I can confirm that 0.8.2 works on amd64.
In the meanwhile, version 0.9.1 of wavemon has been released.
The bug has been closed via the following commit(s): https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=a68b270f4ad7f907280b48193c18e2c781791860 commit a68b270f4ad7f907280b48193c18e2c781791860 Author: Alarig Le Lay <alarig@swordarmor.fr> AuthorDate: 2020-12-02 22:12:15 +0000 Commit: Joonas Niilola <juippis@gentoo.org> CommitDate: 2020-12-10 07:31:00 +0000 net-wireless/wavemon: Version bump and CONFIG_CFG80211_WEXT check Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/649632 Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/703030 Package-Manager: Portage-3.0.9, Repoman-3.0.2 Signed-off-by: Alarig Le Lay <alarig@swordarmor.fr> Closes: https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/18478 Signed-off-by: Joonas Niilola <juippis@gentoo.org> net-wireless/wavemon/Manifest | 1 + .../wavemon/files/wavemon-0.9.1-build.patch | 48 +++++++++++++++++++ net-wireless/wavemon/wavemon-0.9.2.ebuild | 54 ++++++++++++++++++++++ 3 files changed, 103 insertions(+)
