arc-theme has been unmaintained by its author for a few months. arc-linux and debian maintainers of said arc-theme have soft-forked it: https://github.com/horst3180/arc-theme/issues/810#issuecomment-341963234 Maybe we should consider updating the URL?
It's preventing updates to GNOME 3.24 now, arc-theme only supports GNOME Shell 3.14 - 3.22 as said in it's README.md file.
I'm looking at this but the newest version needs Inkscape to build, which is a bit silly. I'm trying to make it work with librsvg instead.
