Actually, exo-2
It already does DEPEND on >=xfce-base/exo-0.10:= so why does it fail for you? Please attach the entire build log to this bug report,
cont. and post your `emerge --info` output in a comment.

Thanks Jeroen for the support, actually exo is installed, it appears it just is not detected.
