This change from net-libs/ldns[ecdsa,ssl] to net-libs/ldns[ecdsa,ssl(+)] means that users may have outdated dependencies in their installed instance of net-misc/openssh-7.5_p1-r3: https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=a71042d76cb47d5e92ab5b0092a5cef0a1593a1d Since sys-apps/portage-2.3.20 defaults to --dynamic-deps=n, this means that upgrades to newer versions of net-libs/ldns will be held back by the outdated dependency. A revbump from 7.5_p1-r3 to 7.5_p1-r4 will solve this problem.
