Created attachment 514570 [details] liferea-1.12.1.ebuild There is new liferea version available. I suggest updating as the one in portage is only RC version. Ebuild now works without the patch as it is included upstream.
Thank you for your contribution. I had a short look on the ebuild. Here a few ideas: • Please test the ebuild with repoman full -x https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Repoman • please fix the header. (see /usr/portage/skel.ebuild and https://devmanual.gentoo.org/ebuild-writing/eapi/) • any of these helpers needed? https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Notes_on_ebuilds_with_GUI
Created attachment 516366 [details] liferea-1.12.1.ebuild 1) I guess nothing wrong there localhost /usr/local/portage/net-news/liferea # repoman full -x RepoMan scours the neighborhood... Note: use --include-dev (-d) to check dependencies for 'dev' profiles RepoMan sez: "If everyone were like you, I'd be out of business!" 2) Fixed it according to skel 3) Don't ask me to understand that jibrish. I gave it a try, but in 100 years I would not understand what that stuff does... Anyways ebuild seems good enough for me.
